Who owns the systems your business runs on?

List the systems that support sales, operations and internal collaboration. Record the owner, purpose, access model and critical dependencies for each.
Review joiner and leaver processes, privileged access and recovery arrangements. A control is more useful when someone is accountable for checking it.
Prioritize issues by business impact and implementation effort. Agree the boundaries of the work, including where specialist advice is needed.
Maintain the inventory as systems change. Reliable operations depend on clear responsibilities and procedures, not simply on buying another security tool.
